Using a French Kiss to Break Habits!

The first step in eliminating unwanted habits that lead to unwanted results is to have awareness of the habit then determine a more life enhancing habit to replace it with. For example if the habit is smoking, you might focus on becoming aware of the fact you are about to light a cigarette and then replace it with brushing your teeth. Every time you think about smoking you then continue to brush your teeth. Drinking coffee is another one or eating junk food. Replace it with another habit that you actually enjoy.


This is known as a collapsing anchor. Can you think of a song that when you hear it, it reminds you of a certain person or experience? Or remember your happiest memory that you can think of right now and how does that make you feel?

How about this one every time you feel like a coffee or junk food; French kiss your partner unlike never before I bet that will change your bio-chemistry pretty quickly (and theirs) just ravage them and after that the last thing on your mind would be coffee, wouldn’t it? It will indeed also add more value to your relationship.
